    Has anybody used one of these? I've just recently sold my macbook pro which has spoiled me as far has having a built in camera. Are the picture quality and microphone sound any good?

          ah, but it does capture noise - it just filters out the bad and unwanted non-vocal frequencies using some cool maths :D

          Some of the webcams have mic arrays, very useful for headset free conversations over webcam!

    PC DIY and MSY have it for $35 and the cheapest on staticeice is $27.72 to put it into perspective. Seems like a pretty decent webcam for the price.
