Not bad tasting for the price

So if it was twice the price it would taste twice as bad, and of it was half the price, it would taste twice as good. 😜 Thanks OP!

    • Yeah it's not a glowing endorsement. If you're on a diet you should steer clear of sugar loaded stuff that "tastes not bad for the price". Buy a smaller more gourmet thing of sweets instead. 100g of good chocolate will taste better than 1kg of cheap chocolate, even at twice the price.

      • Indeed. I'm all for quality, not quantity

  • How bad as these , feel like buying 10 just because it’s ozbargain

I did that last time, pretty shit imo

    • +1

I did! The kids ate the ones they liked and I have the rest sitting in the pantry staring at me 🤣

        They grew eyes?

    Heritage Impressions Chocolate Box 240g - $1

How much extra are the chocolates ?

    • +7

      Hi dad

    • +4

With these the box is what you actually want to eat… Chocolates are just padding.

This range of chocolate is made in Melbourne by Darrell Lea. At 91 years of age, Darrell Lea is one of Australia’s oldest and most well-known confectionary brands. Not sure about the BBD but $1 is fantastic value for gifting. Thanks OP!

Friends don't give friends Heritage chocolates.

    • Does it carry the **Made in Australia” labelling?

      • Yes

        • That’s better than the Darrell Lea blocks that are packed in Australia.

    thanks bought 5.

Got 5 weddings to attend to this month

    • I guess your not located in Victoria then :)

Maybe save them for the divorces

If you make it to 2 the other 3 will most likely uninvite you.

      • +1

I would just say, its not the gift that counts but the thought behind it.

        Thought: This marriage is trash

  • You pay for what you get in this case absolute rubbish chocolate.

stock up and give them away for Halloween Trick or treat

    • Did you eat it?

    • Is it that bad?

      • +3

I think people are sh*tting on them because they are a buck a piece. they are completely fine in my book. got a whole bunch last time and will be ordering more now.

        • Thank mate, ordered a lot before getting OzBed.

        • Most that bag them have never tried them. As you say, it is purely because of the price.
          Very nice actually…

      • Will done 10 years ago

  • Anyone know the expiry date on these? Planning ahead for Christmas presents for nearest and dearest

    • 30 sep 2020 just picked up my 10 boxes

  • -3

240 grams? Take away the weight of the box and the internal packaging, that leaves about 5 chocolates for your $1.

  • I'll expect this at Christmas from my brother in law then.

  • no stock near me:(
    i really enjoy darchoc tinggz
