  • nice! but PC only right?

    • +1

Shouldn't be an issue with Mac. You can customise the modifier keys from Keyboard settings or use something like Karabiner for additional customisation.

You just may not have matching keycaps - it doesn't look like any additional keycaps are included.

If you want to spend more, i'd have a look at the Keychron range. The K6 has a switch to change between MAC/PC mode.

      • thanks! saw some mentions of Keychron yep, need to look into that

  • In a review on Youtube the kid mentioned he connected it to a PS4 but it wasnt clear in the video.

    7. Type-c USB3.1, data transmission speed can 40Gbps.

I think this keyboard might have Type-c USB3.1 guys.

    • I've tidied up the listing to remove the dups. Thanks as it did look silly

    • Is it USB-C though?

    • +2

Cool, my typing speed is around 38gbps and lesser keyboards can't keep up. Thanks op!

  • I thought it was called "Wormier".

  • Is there a discounted full sized one available ?

  • They appear to have AU stock too. That's pretty cool.

  • Ordered chinese stock a while ago :'(

  • I prefer this one:
    https://www.banggood.com/Royal-Kludge-RK61-bluetooth-Wired-D…

Has USB-C and BT for connectivity. Choice of Blue or Brown switches.. Cheaper too.

    • difference is that op has dedicated arrow keys

The keys on my $70 RK61 became unresponsive after a month.
Good thing BangGood offered me a $12 refund as the only option moving forward.

Curious, what was the end resolution? Did you end up filing a Paypal claim?

        • +1

I didn't want to waste any more time after several email exchanges with BG customer service (recording videos of the issue, photos of the box etc) and just haggled up the refund to $30 which was their best offer…

I'm sure there were plenty of users with good experiences but just be aware that warranty will be non-existent if anything happens in the short-term.

Ended up buying a Ducky One 2 Mini from an Aussie store and very satisfied with the purchase.

  • Anyone able to find out if this is the hotswappable version? This would be a great board if it were the V2

    • +1

Banggood version is soldered version, the one on kprepublic i think is hotswap but good luck with kpr shipping right now lol. Use kpr's Aliexpress store instead of their site since Ali has better buyer protection and shipping guarantees, make sure you order express shipping cos non-express in these current times aren't timely at all.

  • So I'm relatively new to the gaming scene and wanna know if this keyboard is really special in some way? Because I had a look few days ago and there are better deals on these rgb mechanical keyboards on amazon for a lot less than $80. They are full size and with lots of reviews too..

    • It really comes down to personal preference.

I find a 60% board fine for most of the games I play, though my main reason for using it is the saving in desk space.

I think my preference for gaming would be a TKL board. Also, how much do you really care about RGB?

    • I've always used full sized keyboards, but am looking to get a 60% keyboard for gaming (Blues Full size for productivity, Reds/Silvers 60% for gaming) so that I can tilt the keyboard so the right size of it is closer in to me.

I'm also very oldschool in my mouse movements, unlike the current generation of FPS players who swipe their arms around like they're trying to clean windows, so it hasn't been super necessary for me, but if you set up your mouse in the way that requires that, a full size might get in your way.
