Just pay the extra $15 ($1.25 a month) for Boost.

Get in quick boost is stopping the $150 deal 10th Aug.

Optus got 120GB for 365 days at $150 as well.

      • Catch Connect's 120GB for $120 before ($112 after cashback) was even better. Now expired though.

      No thanks.

Boost is Telstra, Kogan is Vodafone.

In Qld, voda has significantly better throughput in metro locations.

      • No Voda on Moreton Island :(

As a comparison Belong $40 Starter Pack for $20, use option 2, stay for 12 months and it would cost $110 with 91GB.

Plus you only have to pay $20 for the first 3 months (82GB), then $10 for every month you choose to stay after that, so you don't have to pay a large amount upfront.

Some members are using this for 3 months ($20) then sim slutting to Kogan 90 day $14.90 which over 12 months is $69.80 with 284GB.

  • Is there any company other than Boost which gives unlimited international calls in 365days plan?

    • unlimited to selected countries and capped time for some selected countries not unlimited for all countries.
It is a bit difficult to find better value than Boost and looks like they will not be selling their $150 plan after August but existing customers are able to remain until you decide to discontinue using it.
it will be interesting what new plans are installed from Boost in August.

Vaya on Optus have a decent list of included countries.

      Im on a $22 unlimited/18GB plan.

  • Boost still has the edge with the intl calls. Though vodafone's strong signal and capacity in Sydney is a win (I had to reach for a vodafone sim during the great Telstra COVID congestion of March and April).

So I just tried recharging my existing kogan mobile account with this voucher and was declined due to it being an activation code only. They were quick to refund but for anyone in the same boat, don't waste your time

It says new customer voucher. You are not.

  • I have a used kogan sim in the past, but currently with Belong.
Will I be considered a 'new customer' and get this deal?

    • -1

      31 days away.

HI Neoika, do you mean that after 31 days with a different carrier im considered a 'new customer'?
