Sorry, I'm not sure why but my responses have been limited to 5 per day - I apologise to anyone who has been awaiting a reply from me. It's simply not been possible until now for me to post.
Yes, ofcourse the items are Brand Spankn New - we do offer some BStock products on our site however these are clearly defined as being BStock.
We've sold several so far as you can imagine.

What gives?? The customer service email I got said if I have any problems, I can call between 8am-6pm weekdays. I've been calling since 8am and all I get is an automated reply saying they open at 9am. Ok, so I call at 9, and I've tried 4 times since - but all I get is the automated reply saying they open at 9am. Err.. 9am whose time??? US?!
Phone hours are 12:00pm to 9pm AEST currently daylight savings time (most of our callers tend to call later in the day / at night so we changed these a little while back to suit). Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll change the VM message - I wasnt aware that it said 9am - my understanding was that it was a generic VM that says "you've called outside of our business hours". Thx for your comment. I'll arrange to put this information on our site so that this fact is clearer and see what I can do about the out of business hours VM message. Sorry for any inconvenience, but this phone time availability was changed to help not hinder. The feedback has been that most of our callers/ customers are happier now that they can call us later in the evening, after work etc.

@ Killix, there is no issue with deliveries of this stock whatsoever - we have many happy, very satisfied customers who have been seeing a 2-4 day delivery time. Thanks for your note, but rest assured our business is fighting against stock issues and hopes that any stock failures are well and truly a thing of the past :-)
If items do happen to fall out of stock due to a higher than normal daily order trend trajectory (which can happen with any business), our standard process is to contact our customers to see what they want to do so that the results are amicable and customers feel satisfied where ever possible. We don't actually charge credit cards either until orders are in dispatch mode.
Re this tab - I have just checked and we have 30 in our w/house right now. If we need more, we'll have more tonight.

A$491.00? Marked down from A$759.00?! for a 16Gb model? Even the 64Gb Wifi iPad2 sells for less than that now. Is this even a real bargain?
Just to clear things up, I wasn't implying that the 64Gb iPad2 WiFi is selling for less than $491 (It's currently selling for $659 at Kogan). It's just ridiculous to see a website state that a 16Gb Samsung Galaxy 10.1 has marked down from $759 to make it seem like a huge bargain.

Why are you so shallow minded? Every vote has a reason, every cause has an effect. The aussie consumers are responding to this product positively and hope that local retailers start to revolt against the ban of this product. Its not just buyers that visit this site everyday, i bet even gerry starts to take notice.
