The Citibank 'Smart Branch' on the corner of Pitt & Hunter Streets in Sydney has a barista out front making free coffee. They were there yesterday and are again today, though I have no idea for how long this will continue.
You probably have to suffer being marketed at while you wait in line but hey, it's a free coffee…:)
