Have raised a dispute with CBA. It will take up to 10 business days to get the result and up to 45 days for $10, such KPI put me away from future reward.
Yeah. They told me the same thing. It isn't worth to go through all that nonsense for a cashback they promised. It isn't even that something went wrong or anything. The lady on the phone said that I activated the deal and made the required purchase during the deal period, but still it will take 10 business days to 45 days. No, thanks.

It should, all that CommBank knows is how much you paid, not what you paid for.
Same, got the Caltex credit back in Jan, but the never got the credit for Menulog, eventhough it’s showing I did spend correctly in Jun. Sigh, need to chase them now I guess

Just wanted to comment and say I did get my cashback when I used this deal a month ago. I don't have the offer again though.
