Vodafone has announced additional support initiatives for Vodafone customers currently living at Melbourne addresses under detention directions implemented by the Victorian Government to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Any Vodafone customer who is a current resident of one of the impacted addresses should call Vodafone on 1555 from their Vodafone mobile or 1300 650 410 if they need additional support.
For Vodafone customers at impacted addresses, we will apply:
- 10GB of bonus data for prepaid and postpaid customers;
- Unlimited standard national calls until 31 July 2020 (unless extended) for any customer who does not have this feature as part of their plan.
The company has also stopped suspension of services for unpaid bills for Vodafone customers in the following postcodes until 31 July, unless extended: 3012, 3021, 3031, 3032, 3038, 3042, 3046, 3047, 3051, 3055, 3060 and 3064.
