  Arabica and Robusta are speicies of plants.
  
  Bourbon, Giesha, Yirgacheffe, Typica, Caturra, etc. are different varieties of the Arabica species.

      If you read the description of the cleanskin, they're just excess beans slapped together instead of being wasted.
