This is a pretty horrible deal. 3200Mhz C16 has been on amazon for the $105 mark for a while now and free shipping with prime too. Add another $10 for rgb if that's your jam.

      The rgb cover is $25 each. Considering its $49 you might feel it's not bad at all. To some guys, RGB is a must. Pretty enough for some intel builds. I won't buy these c19 2666 ones though.

Not worth it considering the price of c16 3200mhz. Maybe you get lucky and it's c-die samsung that can overclock to 3600mhz+ but whatever.

Does anyone know what ICs are on this? 2666c19 is the JEDEC spec. Perfectly fine if you're using intel on anything except for a Z board.

This will no doubt overclock fine. Most ram sold today will do 3200~3600 without issue even with low latency 7~9ns fwt.
