    I used to rate Cashrewards over Shopback, but lately CR has been crap. No tracking, can’t get help via service, it’s just a sh*tshow. Shopback seem way more reliable.

      It's strange that SB seems more reliable because they use the same tracking method. Maybe the problem is at your end.

      I second that. Lately quite a few of my transactions also did not track. Had to manually submit the claim which is a PITA. I still have one more to submit (Caltex $5 cashback).

        As far as I know, cashback isn't valid for buying gift cards, but you can pay for something with gift cards.

    Hi my first time on here but have been getting emails with deals in a daily email for awhile now. These deals are great but unfortunately they always get sent in an email the day after they've already expired. Is there anyway they can be emailed prior to expiration? :) I guess i'm basically asking is there a way to find out about cashrewards deals before it's too late….

        Haha.. I can relate..had the same thing happen last year during shopback and cashrewards bonus cashbacks with ebay and chemist warehouse. Had to actually prepare an excel sheet to help me remember.

          If they have tracking for online purchase I reckon should be fine but those not online like Caltex couldn't find them in cashrewards.

      *Update: As advised by TA (via PM) and in the OP, the bonus cashback of $3 is separate to the 1% normal cashback and will be tracked separately by 11/09/20
