iRacing 12 Month Subscription A$31.48 - Normally A$169.99 - via Steam

This is probably the cheapest I've ever seen a base iRacing subscription. Best I've ever seen before is 50% off

Edit: If you renew an existing non-steam subscription through Steam, I believe you will lose any remaining time on your subscription.

Keep in mind that you cannot renew an iRacing subscription you purchased through iRacing with Steam.

    • Meaning you have to buy a new subscription elsewhere?

      • No, you have to renew the subscription at the end of the 12 months through Steam - normally you'd renew via the iRacing website (sometimes using lapsed/promotion codes for discounts), but if you purchase via Steam, you can only renew the account via Steam. Works the other way around too, where someone who bought their subscription initally through the iRacing website can only renew via iRacing's site and not Steam.

  • the only reason to get this game is for the close battles you get when racing otherwise any other sim racing game is better value. wicked fun though

It's also for people who want oval racing content, including dirt oval too. To my knowledge, there's no other simulator that does ARCA/NASCAR, late models, and dirt stuff as good as iRacing. NR2003 is the only other one, and that's close to 20 years old now so doesn't really count.

      • yea that too, im not real interested in nascar stuff but dirt oval stuff and those dirt truck things were wicked, same with sprint cars. its definitely worth getting at $30 for a year.

        • Been meaning to try dirt oval more but been in a bit of an iRacing slump recently, going from 2k iR down to 1.4k over the past few weeks in the Modifieds and Trucks. They sure do look fun though, last I tried was the street stocks on dirt but they seem a little underpowered. :)

          • @chihaeru: dirt stuff is more fun than road course imo, you get less people trying to dive you from 100m back. my irating is ok but safety rating sucks due to shit pedals. i am waiting for my parts to arrive so i can complete my hydraulic pedal set and get better. but yea check out the dirt stuff its wicked fun

Thank you for this. I was about to purchase this after just having made a return to PCs again after 15 years. Super keen, thanks

  • Cannot apply to existing account

"Your purchase could not be completed because it looks like you already have an existing subscription for the same item. Please manage your subscription details in your account page."

I haven't renewed my subscription for months.

  • doh, bought through iracing, would love to resub but the discounts suck these days.

  • Do yourself a favour and get Assetto corsa on pc. Go to racedepartment.com for the dlc tracks cars sounds etc

Find your countries private hosted servers and discord and join your and download the correct files.

    Boom you will witness greatness.

  • Worth it for the oval racing.

  • Anyone know if this subscription includes all cars and tracks? Or just a few entry level things? Steam doesn’t have much info at all.
