A little tip I found out, this can also be used for purchases under $100, simply get your shopping cart above $100 by adding anything, enter coupon code and change payment method to paypal, calculate the discount and then delete unwanted items, the coupon will stay in place.

Saved me $5, stupid $99 specials, I showed them!
