I bought this one too but the autofocus is very unreliable and it usually doesn't focus on me even if I'm still and at a normal distance away in my chair, do you experience an issue like that?

It could be just you.
If your nose is too big, it throws off the autofocus.
Have you removed the very strong protective film over lens? I did see a tad bit improvement after removing.
