Are the pills the same size/taste? I know store brand paracetamol is cheaper per pill, but the pills are so big and not great tasting that half the people I live with won't use them. Other brands have much smaller pills with the same amount of active ingredient or even coated ones so you don't have to taste them.
For ALDI at least, paracetamol tablets are uncoated (and don't taste nice) and ibuprofen are sugar coated, so that you can distinguish them very easily.

Chemist warehouse ibuprofen prices sick. I think a lot of people just assume they are the cheapest.
