Steam currently have 50% off Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, which brings the price of the standard edition down to $44.97 and the deluxe edition to $49.97. They also currently have a 'Road Trip Special' where if you spend $45+, you get a $8 discount on your first eligible purchase. Therefore, this brings down the deluxe edition to $41.97, which is a good price I reckon.

Deluxe edition currently available for:

• Humble Bundle: $50.91
• Origin: $99.99
• EA: $99.99

Amazon currently have the standard edition for $39 delivered, but due to previous issues (i.e. empty box without digital code, digital code already redeemed), I would not recommend purchasing from them. EB games also has it for $39 (+ delivery fee), which I would recommend if the standard edition is preferred.

The deluxe edition offers some cosmetic additions, but no significant additional changes to gameplay otherwise. Usually I would advocate for the standard edition as I don't think the deluxe edition is worth it, but in this case, it could work out cheaper if the $8 discount works for you.

  I love Star Wars and the type of game, but it really wasn’t much fun. Finished it (PS4) but the last half in particular was a struggle to want to keep playing, and certainly didn’t want to platinum this one.
  Disappointing, could have been so much better.

    think the jedi knight 2 series were the pinnacle, and it just went downhill from there :/

  Other option is to add some low cost game to the standard edition to get it for cheaper.

  I added Fallout: New Vegas for $5 and got both for 42 as I have heard its a decent game (if old!)

  Solid game. I bought this on Amazon for $35 a while back. The game is a little short though, I wish there will be a sequel coming out soon. Still, a solid 30-35h of gameplay (100% run and quite a struggle in some parts due to doing grandmaster right from the start), there's an NG+ mode, but I already unlock everything so it's most likely just a cosmetic run. It would have been fun if you gain some of the end-game combat abilities at the start of NG+
