I got Ark for free from Epic and have been really enjoying it but it doesn't play well when hosting a dedicated server and I wanted to use the Structures Plus mod which doesn't work with Epic either yet so I just bought it on Steam. Might not be for everyone but someone else might be in the same position I was in.

  Probably a dumb question but can you cross play between steam and epic? My mate forgot to get ark for free so wondering if it would be a waste of time sending him this

    Epic and Steam can play together on an official server with no mods.
