this is for items in game. Yes you need to download the game to play it to get the items.

I don't even know why I still bother, the keys are absolutely worthless in Borderlands 3, they drop epics and below.
Do not wait until you're max level to open these, they are worthless at max level.
If you want to maximise their value, get a max level player to loot the chest (and drop them) when you open it in their hosted game and you can vendor them for a lot of cash.

Actually, they do drop Legendary. Just not that often.
I keep piling these keys up. Last I checked I had about 140 :-) Should make some time to play the game.
