These power banks suck. The power bank stopped taking charge from my lightning adapter and now my micro usb charger is also pretty much not charging it so I'm stuck now with charging it via USB-C. I wanted to dispute the purchase however it was past the dispute cutoff time on amazon. Very unimpressed and don't feel like I got good moneys worth.

    • I purchased 4 of these so far and they are working very well. One of them didn't charge devices properly so I contacted the seller and they sent another one immediately. Didn't need to send the other one back, so I put it in one of those e-waste bins at Bunnings

  • I have had one for about a month now and so far nothing has happened and am happy with it.

  • I took it overseas with me pre covid and it was the best. Mind you I only use usb c to charge. It hasn't let me down so far. I'd actually buy it again if I needed 2.

  • What's the difference between the models apart from the capacity?

  • Happy with mine so far. Only thing, it's a chunky brick.

These aren't good. I bought one and it was only good for one charging cycle.

    • When I received, I first fully charged the battery then used it until battery out. Then recharged the battery to full. But it doesn't charge any devices even though the battery is now full. I returned it via amazon.
  • I have 4 of these and bought a further 2 for my parents, the oldest one for about 3 years (and still going). Guess I got lucky.

No discount on the Romoss 10 one?

  • Yeh definitely NOT the best..Like Harry G, was about bought to return via Amazon only to realised i was past the dispute cut off time. I have only owned and used this for the last month.
You can re-charge this via lightning port, USB-C, micro USB, and discharge via USB and USB-C.

Problem is i doubt it is 20,000mAh as rated, perhaps 15,000mAh most. Upon recharging my pixel 3 phone ( 2915 mAh) via USB-C it will show only 73% remaining from 100%. I tested this several times with various devices all with inaccurate results.
Might be that it continues to draw battery even if device is fully charged (i can't be certain about this only suspect)

    Cheap though….even if for 15,000mAh.

No idea why they rate power banks in (m)Ah, seems to confuse people, although the product description on some websites mentions this. You should be comparing in Wh (energy) units which is what actually matters. Your phone is 5V * 3Ah = 15Wh (13.2Wh according to the spec on a replacement battery). The power bank stores 3.7V (standard li-ion voltage) * 20Ah = 74Wh. 15/75 is around a third, which is almost exactly what you measured, in fact a bit less because I assume you didn't charge the phone from 0%. Plus you have to add on losses from the step-up converter.

edit: oops 15/75 is 20% which makes it more reasonable including losses.
