  Hi Mike
  Can the x10 be worn mono (one ear only)? Also there are a few reviews mentioning the mic may be too wide. Has there been any firmware updates for this?

    It can be used mono, but only the right side. The left side can't be used independently.

    The mic is an omnidirectional pinhole mic so it's not ideal for noisy environments purely from a hardware standpoint. We were working on a next-gen version before COVID hit.

    On the upside, you can toggle the X10 mics on any time to have a little active ambient passthrough. A hidden feature of sorts.
