Amazon just had some great deals.
Costco is your bet.
Surely your wholesaler is your best bet? They obviously already have an arrangement with the manufacturer/distributor so why can't they source the 45 packs for you?
get someone to buy and send it to you from Lidl @ Czech. It was about a $1 for each tube
45 pack at Costco for around $15 from memory.
75 pack on Amazon were $19.99 recently but are back up to above $30 now.
