It's samsung c-die. The best frequency I can overclock to is 3466MHZ
I tried above b-die kit I could run it at 14-14-14-34 @3600 but i couldn't get it stable. Ironically enough it wasn't really any faster than the hynix djr i had at 16-19-19-39 @3600. I'd say best performance is 3600CL16, beyond that it's literally miniscule benefits. That's on ryzen 3000 series.
