Free shipping should apply when put into the cart. Very good price for a 5700xt if you are able to pay using bitcoin. The process to purchase bitcoin takes a little time to apply for, but is fairly easy.

  SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 5700 XT is probably a better deal. last time i checked some reviews on youtube, the asrock was the bottom of the barrel in regards to temp and noise under load. However this is still a beast of a card and good value for money, perhaps purchase a aftermarket water cooler and attach it on this gpu

    Coin spot is good, also Australian owned. All platforms will allow you to buy the exact amount.
    They have an inbuilt converter (ie I want to buy $550 USD woth —> converts to exact bitcoin amount)

    Every foreign ecommerce retailer now legally has to apply GST for items shipped to Australia.
    Newegg does this after you add it to the cart

      I think that depends on which site you view NewEgg on, via the global site it posts GST inclusive prices up front.
