The no refunds does not affect your statutory rights on defective garments. We will of course refund or replace defective items.

Signs stating ‘No refunds’ or ‘No refunds or exchanges on sale items’ are unlawful, as they imply that it’s not possible to get a refund under any circumstances, including for faulty items.

I ordered on Tuesday and received my items today. Have to say I'm very impressed with the quality of the materials.
I'm also impressed with the bike shorts I ordered but I am not purchasing anything else due to their return policy. Not being able to return due to size and fit on an online order I think is outrageous. Definitely loses my purchase.
Yes I agree that the no-returns policy makes it difficult. But to be fair this only applies to the sale items, and given the extent of the discounts I think it's probably ok. On non-sale items they offer a change-of-mind returns policy, with free return shipping.
