I bought some vitamins during iHerb: 20% Cashback promotion @shopback below.

It was all good till yesterday and today when I checked "Pending Earnings" the amount of money was reduced so I checked history and found out they cut my iHerb cashback about $10.
Does anyone have the same issue?? I sent an e-mail to ShopBack and waiting for a reply.
Another day , Another ShopBack stuffed up my cashback post and this is why i will never use ShopBack
it's clear from a search on these forums that they are not very good at keeping their word when it comes to promised % etc
It was the correct amount of money was tracking still yesterday. Today somehow they just cut down $10 of iHerb cashback.
I've found their resolution to be easier than CR. They ask too many questions and for evidence.
Well I can’t speak for ShopBack as I don’t use them.
I have chosen not to use them based on the feedback I have seen here.
I have never had an issue that wasn’t quickly resolved by cashrewards honestly. Uploading an invoice is all you need to do which in my opinion is fair enough.
I just see many more people complaining about SB than I do CR and CR is Aussie based which to me matters a bit also.
Yeah, in my experience, Cashwards much faster to fix the issue especially missing cashback.
I asked ShopBack to check my missing cashback last Wed and still waiting.
But so far no complaining for ShopBack as well.
Anyway, they said it was a technical error and now all good.
But I will take screenshots regularly and checking "Pending Earnings" as evidence in case this happening again.
