Yep sorry no bargain here. I purchased 3 x HDMI v1.4 cables 1.8m length braided with different coloured connectors (28AWG) last week for $18.90 delivered. Also came with a "lifetime guarantee". eBay seller was "ozgiftme5" … I believe they made a post on OzBargain a while ago and I've been a repeat customer from then on.
No reason to buy a premium cable at this length unless you want something pretty.
