Only if you unlock it. There used to be services on ebay, but no more.
Managed to score one cause why not.
Well because it's only got one band 850MHz & no 4G.
Nobody can find an unlock for it & doesn't work on any Telstra MVNO's without unlocking.
There is no micro sd slot and it only holds 40MB of music.
That lets you fit at least 8 songs! :P

This makes it not a bargain, after all it will be my kids backup phone, and Murphy's law will dictate that if I buy this and leave it in the drawer my kid won't lose his phone until the same day in 2024 when telstra shuts down the 3g netowrk
$9 for a phone that lasts 3 years is a pretty good bargain IMO

There’s a newer model called the Telstra Lite 2 which has 4G but costs more, about $49 RRP.
Great mobile too leave in your car glove box for emergencies, well if your in a car accident in the middle of no were and also damaged your personal mobile these (well any mobile) will work for dialing 000 emergency services only without an active simcard in the phone
