I did try before when they gave away at Chatswood Chase, OK not bad.
They seem to be the same as L’or profundo lungo. I bought some this week and they taste better than I expected. There are other maccona varieties also at half price and they also look like repackaged L’or.
The other profundo lungo I have noticed are the woolies brand but they come in a plastic capsule in a wrapper, and I think probably have less coffee in them.

Like others said, it's decent coffee. But there are not many that's 30 cents per capsule so it's pretty good to stock up.
These and the L'or and illy are the same company. My palate's not refined enough to taste the difference.

I felt illy coffee pods are better than moccona and l'or personally.
They are all brands owned by the same company. They probably use different grades of beans or different roasting processes. My GF says the illy ones are better tasting than the l'or. I drink my coffee with milk, so some of the nuance may be lost.
Agreed, illy are the best of the three.
However, I don't agree with others above that the Moccona and L'or taste the same.
The Moccona taste burnt, over-extracted and stale all at the same time, in a feat of modern engineering…
They're good for 30c a hit, the best for that price. I was surprised.

Last week during illy on special I couldn't find their lungo at Coles or Woolies, just wondering may be lungo not available from supermarket.

With milk, I just want more coffee less milk.
