Not working here either.
Samsung didn't pay me last cash back (Dec 2019 - Jan 2020).
The last message I got from them was the "approval" saying the payment should arrive in the next 21 days.
But COVID thing started and my multiple emails and multiple phone call were left unanswered.
I am surprised Samsung is back on their cash back wagon.
