    • Even you are sending like 1 parcel per week you get 30% discount for same city ?

      • +1

No,band 3 is 10+ parcels a week, discount doesn't come into effect till you have a proven record of sending 10+ per week ( over either a rolling 8 week period or over 12 months. We'll work out which one gives you the highest savings.) so it will be a while before you can see the savings.

        • This offer is Band-3 right away for 12 weeks. You may choose to create a new account with different mail id :)

  • Sendle is cheaper and you don't have to leave your house.

    • How are they though?
      Are they reliable?

    • im tempted to try sendle, but i dont know what packaging to use. Any ideas?

      • I used sendle briefly- yes - it is "convenient" to have them pick up (when they do). But it's super inconvenient to have to wait near the door for hours (and they sometimes show up 1 week later to pick up)
With Sendle, if you want to use their "If it Fits, it Ships" A4 unlimited satchels, you can buy it for 28cents each in bulk.
Sendle has not been reliable in regards to pick up - especially if they send Fastway to pick up the parcels.

Lately, I've been doing Auspost with the Band discounts (you have to use their flat rate satchels- costs about 15 cents each in bulk)- For an extra 19c, and a five minute trip by car - I have the rest of the day to spend however, and wherever I like.

Not to mention, to get Band 4 for Auspost, you only need to post 160 items (8 weeks), whereas for for Sendle, to get the Pro discount, you are looking at 400 items (8 week period)- don't know about everyone else, but it's definitely Auspost for me!
