the groupon deal doesnt say anything about warranty… similar luggage on catch.com.au says its protected by 12 months of warranty by catch…..
so .. no warranty ??
12 months warranty is only good for some.. don't see many people traveling within 12 months
Also it is often hard to claim luggage warranty as many faults are considered normal wear & tear (or damage by the airline which you normally claim on the airline).
Antler usually have a 10yr warranty, so maybe check their site. Our luggage has been mishandled on many trips leading to broken handles & wheels that Antler fixed free of charge each time, they even offered to have one repaired while we were on the trip overseas if we could get the bag to the repairer.
Would definitely buy their brand again 👍🏼
