      . . e … e

      e key not working? lol

      • +11

The e is DLC. Can't afford it yet

Good price to get into Cities Skylines…..I suck at it. I always try and not build a grid city and then 2 hours later…I built a grid city.

    • +3

I end up spending more time trying to fix the traffic issues than expanding the city.

      • +1

what is a grid city? you mean Melbourne?

        • +1

          Melbourne has grid CBD.
New York is a grid city.

For people new to this game, I suggest just getting the first tier.
There's still plenty of things to do and there's no point investing $14 on something you may not actually play much of.

Plus there's still 14 days left so if you enjoy it for a week or two, then consider getting the DLC.

    • +3

GO ALL IN OR GO HOME.

    • -1

      Can you even do that?

Get the first tier one day, and get the other tiers after?

Plus, what @Munki said - go big or go home :P

      • -1

Yes. I mean you'll waste $1.50 buying a game twice, but oh well.
At least you found out if you liked the game or not.

        • +2

You don't pay $1.50 again, just the difference.

Not that great of a savings.. barely beat the historical lowest price for me but it is better than anything else out there and I have huge miss out on humble bundle deal anxiety already so I probably could have saved an extra $10 if I waited but I buckled just in case it doesn't come around again.. ah well wasn't the worst purchase I made today.. paid $20 for a meal that is barely worth $9 imho so there was that stuff up plus took a taxi because my bag was too heavy full of groceries not the best ozbargain day but could be worse I guess so I'm not gonna give myself a headache over it.

In other good news work is still good so I have that.

    • +1

Did you accidentally copy/paste a page from your autobiography onto ozbargain?

      • Haha if you think that is my autobiography then you don't want to see my diary or blog posts.

Always just so you can reply :)

        • +2

Well, maybe you could have daily column here posting extracts from your diary or blog - that would surely be entertaining.😉😁
And it would make a welcome change from reading comments from some of the sour p…. here.

@Lysander: Haha I wish. I have already made some enemies on here with my ravings and ramblings xD.

I try and sneak it into productive relevant comments but sometimes I try and see how much I can get away with it haha lol and see if anyone picks up on it :D

@AlienC: Don't worry about the neggers here.
Those are people who have no friends in real life due to their difficult character and bence flee to making online comments as their can be nasty and provoke people in anonymity without fearing repercussions.
If they were not cowards they would not hide behind anonymity and simply neg.
The whole negging system of comments is totally outdated really as it is designed to suppress unpopular opinions regardless of how valud or true they are.
Lots of double standards here so don't worry.
I see making a comment the neggers are attracted to as a public service. That way they might use of their energy on a meaningless comment rather than hurting a person in real life.
Also of course they only have 5 negs per 24 hours while there is no limit on commenting.😆

            • @AlienC: sounds like it was written by AI. bunch of mumbo jumbo.

              • +1

@silenthillrocks: I agree you could be right. The AI is getting smarter and smarter now everyday.

amazing game and thats an amazing price

  • +4

I'm pretty sure if I buy this I will spend more time keeping an eye out for free DLC and installing all that rather than just playing it.

Any chance of a full version being released in the next few years?

    • +1

The full version is available now. $300 on steam ! (includes all DLC)

      • Lol. Think I regret asking now. Have never heard of a $300 game before.

  • Looks like the after dark DLC and all that jazz radio DLC have been added to the second tier which makes this bundle even better than it already is!

    • Do you now get it as well if you previously signed up when they weren't there?

If so that would encourage everyone to wait for the last minute to see if anything more gets added.

      • +1

Yes! It looks like some people who purchased this previously had additional keys added.
