  I have the D-Link AC2600 Viper Modem Router DSL-3900 when i got it, it came with a bonus camera
  DCS-8300LH, works well, though triggers from false positives shift in light brightness etc.

        You can definitely use this with HFC. Your HFC box will have an ethernet out that you will use to connect to the WAN port on the router.

    Depends on your needs, speed requirements, home setup etc. Each unit has their own +/-. It fits my needs and budget. Plus local warranty and no need to wait for Aus Post to deliver, was important to me.

  I would be utilising AX (Wifi 6 technology). This modem uses AC (Wifi 5).

  If you purchase this, you will be missing out on the improved range, connectivity and speed capacity upgrades.
