      So upon further investigations:

      1 - These guys DO NOT HAVE them in stock. They order from a 3rd party.

      2 - Returns:

      Consumer: If you are a consumer, you can return your purchase without reason within seven working days after the date of receipt. This will constitute cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations, and if exercised you must then return the goods to us. You have to return the order at your own expense, but there is no requirement to use a trackable service. Returns are processed on day of receipt with written confirmation and refunded via the original payment method.

      Try sending back a box that size to England as a consumer through Auspost….

        what is your return policy ODS? and how much would something like that cost to courier back if any issues were to occur?

        is it RTB warranty also?

  All items we sell are covered by the Manufacturers warranty.

  In this case - it is valid (with a copy of our Tax Invoice) at ANY authorised Kenwood Service Centre around Australia. No RTB here.

  As for the courier question - it would be hard to quote what an individual may pay.

  You will however pay WAY more to send the one you bought from the UK back to them - like at least $71.30 (with no insurance or tracking) - and that's by SEAmail !!!

    Dunno about the FP250, but the FP920 gets two thumbs up. Heavy duty, looks good and loved by all in the house. Aunt has this too and loves it.

  Okiedokie - hope this was a good deal, grabbed the FP920. Always a tough call with refurbs. Someone better bake me some kick-arse cakes with this thing…

    As for the food processor, I have it and love it. Don't worry about it being a refurb, as the rep said, many of them are new - just don't forget to email them as Ozbargainers are getting the ones in best condition: [email protected]

      Done and done - props to the rep for the deal and taking care of us, but it does imply some are in not so good condition :) I'm sure he's only talking about minor scuffs etc
