Why not just east fish? If you actually want to be healthy.

    • cheaper than fish

      • But no evidence it delivers the same benefit. Just branding and slick salesmen. A complete waste of money.

        • I never said it did, that's your own conclusion. There's also no evidence from the same "internet research" to support your point in saying fish is makes you healthy.

"On the other hand, while oily fish is a healthy food, it is unclear from the small number of trials whether eating more oily fish is protective of our hearts."

I don't think ozbargain is the place for your anti pharma protest, also best not to start up on 5G or the Bill Gates' vaccine either.

          It's cheaper than fish.

@mlakmlak: not anti real pharma, just anti fake pharma.

But yes, the evidence for oily fish is weak. Capsules have no evidence at all.
Eating more fish and less bacon is probably of benefit to some people. Thats about as much as we can say.

    • My issue with the fish is that they may have micro-plastic in their body and 'forever chemical'

  • Thanks. Bought one. Believe it or not since I took fish oils for a few days my chronic back pain (joint pain) has been eased greatly and I can’t find any other contributor except for the fish oils.

    • good sleep can help as well ..

  • Temporarily out of stock. It's $19.97 at Chemist Warehouse if anyone needs this urgently.

    • Seems to be back in stock now

  • Anyone knows if the capsule size is small and if this has long expiry date?

    • The ones I received a few days ago have expiry Sep 2022.
I wouldn't consider the capsules to be small, but with some water it's very easy to ingest.

    • I Consume these.definitely odourless. They are quite large.

  • $17.5 at Coles end Today, catelogue special
