I'm guessing that this is US PS+ though it does not explicitly state so. There is a mention of being a US or Canadian citizen in the Terms though.

Those who maintain US accounts may find this handy.

Edit: Ha..harsh crowd below. Mea culpa - I had it in my mind that US PSPlus was over US$70 normally and didn't fact check before hand.

    12 months was $55 during Days of Play which was June last year. Reasonable to think something similar will be offered this year.

    12 months is 308 HKD (AU$60) at HK PSN, and sometime they have promotion like 3 months extra for free. Also English is supported

    Yeah for crying out loud why would you pay $92.55 AUD for a foreign USD key when you can get the local AU PS Plus for $79.95 even at every day retail price. Much easier to redeem if you have an AU account. I'm just showing you a comparison of the ripoff price.
