I just noticed that they have a new promotion. Now all plan is unlimited usage as well $10 off the plan. The perfect time during this crazy period. I have been with them for close to a year, never had any problem, the speed is great, the customer service is even better.
On the T&C it said that it is for new customers only, but if you are an existing one, try to chat or call and ask politely. I am sure they will help you.
$50 credit for the referee (if they are not on a reduced pricing plan) & $50 credit for the referrer. The referee will receive a $50 credit on their third month invoice, unless they have obtained another promotion during the online application process. Once a referee has paid for their second month, the referrer will get a credit of $50 applied to their next invoice.

That is from NBN,which gets passed on to end users.As of 2nd April 2016,NBN Co implemented a $300 charge for all connections made in areas they have identified as within the boundary of new development.
Thanks OP, just emailed them and they said it's applicable for 50/20 Mbps and above plan, I'm currently in 25/5 plan so they gave me a free upgrade instead. 🙂

Yes, currently paying $69.95/ month, they offered me to upgrade my speed to apply the promotional price.
How is this a deal? Exetel is $10 per month cheaper on the 100/40 opticomm plan.
Exetel also has free setup on the 12-month contract.
Leaptel might be better for some people
I've been with Exetel before, their speed is unstable, especially at night time. I'm not affiliated at all with Leaptel, just a happy customer.
They don't waive $300 new development fee :(
