    Ultra-thin 13.5mm thickness

I believe this is a copy/paste error (by Kogan). The detailed specs say: 105.8 x 66 x 23.2mm. The 13.5mm thickness is taken from the standard 18W charger.

FWIW, unless you really want the built in cable storage (because you don't like having to carry a separate cable), personally I think the regular Kogan 18W 10,000mah charger is a better buy (when it's at this same price), because it is much much slimmer. In a powerbank this size, the slimmer design makes it much more pocketable - I'd rather the powerbank itself is slimmer, and have much more flexibility to carry the cable separately in a different pocket if needed.

I also note that the included cables are USB-A to lightning/USB-C. I prefer to carry a USB-C to USB-C cable (or lightning), for faster charging - especially for a quick top-up on the go!

But if you like the all-in-one cleanliness of storing the cables, then this is a nice deal, especially given you get two cables included!

    Just my 2c! :)

ahh, thanks for letting me know.

    • I learnt my lesson now for buying things like that. ( I didn't buy this). Now I should look at the dimensions before falling for the title…

All good mate - I just happened to know that it was incorrect, because I have the old Kogan 18W and knew that one is 13.5mm. I could tell from the picture that this one wasn't the same thickness!

Don't worry too much - this is still a good deal for anyone that wants an 18W powerbank, and would find the built-in cable storage handy! Maybe just edit the details to remove the "Ultra-thin 13.5mm thickness" from the description (just so noone is confused by it). :)

LOL they copied the comsol one from officeworks: https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/comsol-100…

BTw, I've had the comsol one for almost two years and its still going strong.

    • Lol, you are right. they just made this one a little more fancy. but hey 20 bucks you can't go wrong :P

      • But for Kogan you will go wrong with their branded item. Even for 20 bucks. I rather spend 28 for Xiaomi

        • yea, Kogan is cheaper brand.

  • Is there anything that that has qc3.0 output, but can be charged with USB 1A in? Big ask I know

  • Any other power banks maybe a bit smaller too with the built in cable carrier. It's so simple yet I'm actually quite interested in getting one with that feature now lol

I have one of these & it's pretty good apart from a slight fault, if you push your usb cable all the way in, it starts turning on & off over & over, pull it back 1mm & all good.

    • Lol. That’s quality!

  • Bought this with this deal. Got it today, fully charged it, tried my flat iPad and the powerbank was dead when battery on iPad was 76%.

I’ll try again but that’s bs.

    • Assuming 90% discharge efficency, 10,000 x 3.7 * 0.9 / 5 = 6660 mAh.
Sounds about right you have an iPad with about 8800mAh (6660 / 0.76) battery, may be a recent iPad/iPad Air.
