    A whole $5 off of a no-name overpriced camera?
    You'd probably get better quality out of the Logitech C270, even at 720p, and it's almost half the price.

    An alternative to a webcam is to use your phone as a webcam with an app like Iriun. Phones with good cameras will typically look much better than a webcam.

        I find Iriun in 720p is noticeably sharper than DroidCam. You also don't need to type in the phone's IP address with Iriun (or ivCam), which is good for non-tech-savvy people.

        As far as I can see, Iriun is free if you don't mind the occassional watermark appearing in a corner every now and then.
