    The digital display looks a bit tacky. I think the sunbeam looks a lot better.
    The doser/timer is a bit pointless when you are holding the brew head in the grinder.
    Maybe that hood thing makes it a bit less messy?

    Beans, grinder, methods used and skills determine coffee. This will help a heap, but not if you buy lavazza or grinders from the supermarket etc. or grind incorrectly…

    So yes get some training or ask a cafe that does its own roasting etc.
