I've been looking for something to power my dock & output usb for chrome cast audio at the same time. It dawned on me to look at power adapters with usb provision but all of them ended up costing nearly 20 bucks. Found this gem from Good Guys on clearance.

Self-doi. 1 Amp, right there in the title. I assume 1A shared.
Good enough for low powered devices or charging headsets/controllers
Used to have one of these. Very slow charge on USB and one failed within a month. Opted for the Nutech from Bunnings which has better output and hasn’t skipped a beat. Think they were a clearance item though.
Depends entirely on what you were powering. This is perfect for my use case!
Not when it fails though. Hope you have a better experience than I did.
I've had one for maybe 5-10 years and still going strong. No complaints here.
All the power board I’ve bought from this brand has failed. Never again.
Will see how this pans out… It's got manufacturer lifetime warranty
Ditto. I had no luck either. Mine failed straight up.
I've got a couple generic Click ones from Bunnings a while back. Same case anyway except 2x 2.1A output.
They do the job but I wouldn't pay anymore than the clearance price I did (from memory $10 for that 2 pack). The USB ports are really tight fitting, and on the louder side of coil whine that I wonder what the idle power usage is.Unlike the above comments hasn't failed though at least!
I’ve had 3 like this (higher Amp tho) - 1 failed quickly (like others reported), but returned and replaced at Bunnings no problem.
Coles is in the process of dumping the Mirabella Genio Series. You got only one USB but the adaptor is AU approved wifi. Also some of the smartglobes going for $2.50 onstead of 20.
Any idea on USB output? If it's not mentioned, I assume it's low.
