Can someone enlightened me on what is the advantage of this over the NEWER flashes guys? Thank's in advance.
This is a different kind of beast to the Neewer speedlites. For off-camera use only, but far more powerful and just as portable. Also has interchangeable heads like the included barebulb that will allow for better light quality with modifiers than a fresnel head.

It can't connect to a power source right? But the 400 and 600 can?
Correct. The AD400/600 have optional AC adapters, and the batteries charge differently with a cable directly plugged in, so can be run off mains that way too. There isn't an AC adapter for the AD200 as far as I know.
Thank you! I got one anyways. I might get the 600 pro when im a bit better with lights. Would be nice to have a continuous output light, now i just need the sony wireless trigger.

Alright I'll get one despite no photography at the moment. I did need a rim light to combine with the AD400
