Hi, to answer your questions:
1) unfortunately that is a limitation of our system - i will rename the polos to include "free tshirt" in their title
2) size (by default) will be the same as each polo shirt you order - however, you may specify a different size in the checkout additional notes field
3) unfortunately we cannot allow coupon codes to be applied to items listed in special offers (http://www.bigblokebasics.com.au/promotions/) as our profit margins are already pretty slim on most items. However, as our site isn't clear on this, i have setup a "12% off polo shirt" discount coupon for OzBargain users - EE5AC9Note: Coupon EE5AC9 will only apply to Polo Shirts and expires on 19/9/2011.
