    Well, Kindle is $21 normally, and paperback is $35 normally.

    No. I chose Kindle to "read right away", and the form says someone will be in touch to confirm delivery details 🙄

      They are now telling me the Kindle eBook only applies for US and UK Amazon. Looks like a scam to me…
