  My order has just arrived and there was no hard-drive. I have called and it is being sent out. Check your email and if the hard-drive is not on the invoice call and make sure it has been manually added to your order.

    what number did you call? I could never get through to them, being trying to chase an order since April, left messages, called many times (held for over an hour), sent them multiple emails and never get any replies from them..

      1800 staples, when I called on Friday afternoon I was on hold for over an hour, but I called this morning and got answered srtaight away

  One thing I'm interested in is a label maker. Did my first comparison between staples and officeworks.

        Indeed. So I'd have to decide if

        a. I want $80 worth of labels and
        b. a 320gb hd is worth the hassle (which is where the discount is).

        Not terribly enthused about option b tbh.
