what class speed is it (after actual testing)?

No guarantees of capacity there either. After you find fake capacity with h2testw, to get a refund you need to return register post that will cost around $20. Caveat Emptor
Can you couch that the one you bought was 32GB in actual capacity? Has it been tested, or can you test it, with h2testw to verify the capacity?
