    OK, thanks, it seemed that if I had several tabs open of all the courses (to speed up the enrolment) it complained.

  It takes a bit of time to get them all. After the first couple it comes up as code expired. but if you come back later via https://courses.packtpub.com/pages/free you can get them all after a while.
