Don't panic; it's normal to not get the confirmation email straight away once you order. It's just how their system works. And make sure you pay via PayPal in case you need to return your purchase to get back the return shipping cost.
No confirmation email but the order is in my order history on the site. It took a while to show.

Got mine delivered about an hour ago.
Mine arrived next-day. I was very happy - shoes delivered from Perth to Melbourne within 24 hours of ordering, even without picking express shipping!
I'm in the same boat. I imagine since it was 40% Off site wide (plus the corona virus) they were overwhelmed with orders. It also depends where the stock that you ordered is. If it's Perth, you normally get it sent and delivered next day because they use startrack express. If it's Melbourne it goes via Australia Post.
Finally sent them a message yday, and they said they had huge volume of orders to fulfil and that they wld be shipping my order yday or today. Today's over and still no word.
Dont matter none, patience is a virtue….

I haven't received my package either. They claim they've sent it, but all it says on tracking is shipping information approved by Australia Post.

I'm in the same situation. I emailed them yesterday and they assured me that the order has been sent, but Australia Post were having some issues with their tracking and interstate deliveries were taking a long time due to COVID-19.
I guess I'll just have to give it a couple more days before following up again…

I just noticed that there has been an update to the Australia Post tracking. It now has a delivery expected date of Tues 7th April.
