I saw in 2014 Woolies had one sale selling lamb cutlets at $18/kilo. Who does the cheapest cutlets today in Sydney? Chinese Lebanese, whatever. North, South, West, wherever. Planning one BBQ and love some cutlets. One old boss had a connect at $25/kilo in Lidcombe.

or pay the going rate. Best plan for a spring BBQ as plentiful stock should = cheaper pricing.
If you can find any meat at all
Always the long pork alternative. It is plentiful.
Keep an eye out for butcher reductions, when they can’t shift them at high prices they normally drop the prices
"One old boss had a connect at $25/kilo in Lidcombe" wot?
One of the foreman on one of my old job sites would throw site bbq's often. He would drive to a butcher in lidcombe to buy lamb cutlets in bulk. I mentioned this to reference a price range of responses I wanted to see. I don't understand what is difficult.
I don't understand what is difficult.
