My delivery just came today, just a few weeks late haha. Dispatch connote shows it was created yesterday. So just seems like Samsung is slow. And I got two missed calls I believe is from the delivery driver. Signature on delivery - they make you write full name, signature, date, and signature again. Gray version though would have preferred black. ✨✨
When did you win and what state do you live in, also did you receive any contact? I've gotten nothing from Samsung.
Sydney NSW won late march. Only contact I got was a confirmation email when I won and a delivery email. You must be in the same situation as my mum and friend, gotten nothing at all.
Also Sydney NSW, so I contacted them on Facebook, they said I hadn't won but after a long message I sent them, they've said I've won.
Apparently they're working on verifying who has actually won, due to thousands of entrants. So literally the only other contact you'll get is the delivery, I hope I get mine soon :))

@noren7: Hope it comes soon. Samsung processes so slow but when it gets dispatched to the shipping company (DB Shenker), it's next day delivery.
@noren7: the times I have contacted them on FB they have have never told me if i won or not, just to contact the microcodes email (which 3 times i have done with no reply) I do not understand how they need to verify anything, as clearly to win you have to put in the right code to get to the page where you enter your details (stating you have won) and mine was won very early after the promotion started.
It is great to hear some people are getting their phones, however concerning that some people have not alongside myself, and I won early march, so this is a mystery and a pretty poorly run promotion.
@subboy: I recommend finding the code again that was entered and testing it in the site to see if it says "#valid-used" at the end of the URL. Next tell Samsung that this is happening along with the code that you have found, since you did find a valid code after all.
They said that they had thousands of entries to sort through too, so being patient is key. But, the lack of communication is horrible
@noren7: I just tried it then and you are correct that it came with the URL this time.
I have told samsung and they keep telling me to be patient and that the best i can do is email that microcodes email and wait (and a couple of months later the same) i am trying to be patient, however after seeing others are getting their phones after entering after me has me thinking something is up, and yeah their communication is the worst, not emailing asap as the website said they would after it told me I won and to enter my details, but also 4 emails unanswered is not normal.
Kinda frustrated to the point that if they keep this up and/or i do not get my prize I will be giving up on samsung products.
@subboy: Try contacting them on Facebook or Twitter, that email doesn't work (I don't think they have MX records on that domain).
@noren7: done all that .. same circle (they have a lot of emails and will get back to you be patient bs).. will try them again in a few weeks and continue to ride the circle lol
So they have released all the winner names https://www.samsung.com/au/microcodes/ and after all that follow up and no replies from the microcodes after several emails, my name is not on the list.
Told them via facebook this is the 2nd time I have won a samsung comp and did not get the prize (even sent them a copy of the winner confirmation screen i screenshot after entering my details as proof) and that twice bitten I am going to avoid buying anything samsung in the future.

update: and only 91 names listed .. only 10 shy of the 101 they claimed to be giving away
awwww that's so sad. I think they mistyped, because I know two people so far whose name is not on the list and has already gotten their phones. Hope you get yours somehow.
appreciate the positive hope, but as they continue to ignore me again I have no doubt that once again a win is not a win, and they clearly do not care to either look into it for me (with shared proof) or to even reply with a simple email or phone call. It's all good, I have accepted the reality, along with the fact that they could not care that they have lost a customer for good over something that was designed to promote new business (ironic eh lol)
Update: My mum's name appeared on the list and received hers today
